Welcome March!
I don’t know about you all but I am so happy to see February in the rearview mirror. Bring on March! Hopefully we’ve seen the last of the snow and cold and March goes out like a lamb.
As always, there’s a lot going on in March. We have Women’s Day on March 8th and on the next day, we have the start of daylight saving time. On March 17th, there’s St. Patrick’s Day - a great time to teach luck idioms. Nowruz and Spring are on March 21st, both are great topics to cover. Ramadan started on March 1st and Lent will begin March 5th. And, of course we have March Break from March 10-14. As you can see, it is a month of fabulous topics.
