Hello everyone,

It has been a time of change, and this is surely not so easy. Many of us are adjusting to new routines, different levels and new classroom routines. Even for experienced instructors, this kind of transition can feel challenging. At the same time, your skills, your experience and your ability to connect with learners remain your greatest strength —regardless of the level you are teaching. 

Please remember that you do not need to redesign everything at once. Start with small steps. Reuse and adapt materials where possible rather than rebuilding from scratch. If you have resources, activities, or classroom strategies that have been effective, feel free to share them. Often, practical and simple ideas are the most valuable.
